Pre-Settlement Inspections
All Cider Mill buyers take part in a detailed 3 part walk-thru orientation of their new home prior to settlement.

This is the buyers opportunity to go through the home with the finishing superintendent, and familiarize themselves with all aspects of the construction and operation of their new home.
Keelty Service Department
New homeowners at Cider Mill have the opportunity to submit repair lists to our service department at both 60 days and one year after settlement. At those times our professional and courteous service department will make normal maintenance and warranty repairs to your new home. These lists can be submitted in writing to the sales office, faxed to (410)747-0334, or submitted via the link below.

Drywall Point-Up
It is possible that your new home will expand and contract as part of the new home settlement and drying process. During this time some drywall cracks and nail pops may appear which is typical in new residential construction. The Keelty Service Department will come back to repair and spackle the affected areas.
10-Year RWC Warranty
Each home at Cider Mill comes with a 10-year Limited Warranty through the Residential Warranty Corporation. The Limited Warranty provides you with protection in accordance with your warranty book for ten full years of homeownership. |
